GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1- Respect of the place

 

Thank you for booking one or more nights at “Le Studio Bordelais”, à Mérignac.

As this is a residential area, we ask you to respect the place, the neighborhood.

 

2. Respecting the conditions of occupation

 

Capacity: You must respect the maximum number of people allowed in each accomodations.

Children and parental responsibility: We allow children to occupy the site. Any fall or accident is the responsibility of the parents.

Animals: our friends are not allowed in the accommodation.

Consumption of alcohol and tobacco: we ask you not to be inebriated and not to smoke on the accomodations and pool.

It is prohibited to charge an electric vehicle without prior authorization.

 

 3. Rates

Our rates include all charges. The price includes utilities (electricity, water, etc.), booking fees, cleaning, and waste disposal. Only tourist taxes and meals are not included in the price. We reserve the right to charge for electric vehicle charging

 

4. Payment

For reservations made through our secure online booking system at www.chambredhoteslestudiobordelais.fr, the total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card.

For reservations made by phone or email through our reservation service, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be paid by bank transfer. In this case, the reservation is held for 7 days. Receipt of payment within this period will confirm the reservation. Please note: your reservation option may be lifted in case of delayed payment of the stay, with the option period being set at 7 days.

The amount must be transferred in full to our bank account: the transfer fees are at your expense. Please note: it is imperative to indicate the reference of your reservation with your payment.

6. Retraction or cancellation

You can request modification or cancellation of your reservation by email to resalestudiobordelais@gmail.com 7 days before your arrival date.

Within 7 days of your arrival, you will not be able to modify your reservation or receive a full refund.

Cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by email of its acceptance by LE STUDIO BORDELAIS.

For any stay canceled between 7 days and the arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

In case of no-show without prior cancellation: 100% of the stay amount will be retained. Early departure: no refund will be made in case of interruption of the ongoing stay.

b. By us.

In case of bad weather, storms, or extreme weather conditions, we may cancel your reservation for safety reasons. In this case, you can reschedule your stay to a later date, within 12 months following the date of your original reservation.

1. Responsibilities

It is strongly recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodations. Le Studio Bordelais declines any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the client's personal effects.

Any complaint regarding a stay must be addressed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days following the stay to this address: LE STUDIO BORDELAIS 15 Rue Coli 33700 MERIGNAC

In case of dispute, the Bordeaux Commercial Court is recognized as competent.
